Contract

Please fill out as part of your agreement to hire Walt's Party Design's property such as props, cutlery, chair covers etc. By signing this agreement you confirm Walt's Party Designs will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage to property /persons or death caused whilst using the hired equipment and all liability will be passed to the hirer and all damage, loss or theft cost's will be chargeable.

This agreement covers postbox rental equipment.

I declare that the info I’ve provided is accurate & complete

I understand all rental equiptment/props will be ready and empty on the agreed collection time otherwise I will be charged a hourly fee outlined within the contract.

I understand I am liable for any damages or loss/theft occurred during the hire. Additionally I will be charged £65.00 for any loss of keys.

I understand by signing this contract this forms part of my quotation/invoice details.

I understand Walt's Party Designs accepts no liability for any items/property left inside or outside the postbox during/after the hirers possession.
