Soft play hire agreement

Please fill out as part of your agreement to hire Walt's Party Design's soft play. By signing this agreement you confirm Walt's Party Designs will not be held responsible for any injury, damage or death caused whilst using the hired equipment and all liability will be will be hirer and all damage cost's will be chargeable.

This agreement covers all soft play packages.
