Rental/Prop hire Contract

Please fill out as part of your agreement to hire Walt's Party Design's property such as props, cutlery, chair covers etc. By signing this agreement you confirm Walt's Party Designs will not be held responsible for any injury, damage to property /persons or death caused whilst using the hired equipment and all liability will be will be hirer and all damage, loss or theft cost's will be chargeable.

This agreement covers all rental equipment.
